IT’S PERSONAL!

We all value our hearing and deserve the very best care and support to help us hear well.

You don’t have to be over 65 to have a hearing problem. It can happen at any age but as 1 in 3 people over 65 have hearing loss, we know it’s very common, but we also know that your hearing is not the same as everyone else’s. It’s your hearing problem with your family, your friends and your work so your hearing is assessed and supported the way you need it to be.

The sensitive and caring approach to all our patients comes from Fiona Bateson’s passion to give the best hearing care possible. She takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle so we can really understand your personal hearing difficulties and get you back to great hearing. We pride ourselves on having a longstanding relationship with our patients.

If you would just like information on you or your child’s hearing, then of course we’re here for that. But if you’re having problems hearing we will gently guide you through the hearing assessment and testing process, help you choose the right hearing aids if they are necessary, fit your hearing aids using the best digital fitting techniques and give you all the help and support you need on your journey to better hearing.

As part of our care and long-lasting relationship we have with our patients we offer our first-class Hearing Care Programme to ensure we get you hearing again and ensure that you continue to do so with yearly monitoring so you know you’re hearing is in great hands.

Get in touch with The Hearing Practice today for more information or to book an appointment and get back to hearing well again.
